Revocation Caution for Consumers

Revocation right
You can revoke your contract explanation without detail of reasons in text form (e. g. letter, fax, e-mail) within one month - or if the item is left to you before time limit expiration - by return of the item. The period starts upon receipt of this caution in text form, however not before the receipt of the product at the consignee (on the recurring delivery of equal-type items not before the receipt of the first partial delivery) and neither before fulfilment of our obligations to disclose information in accordance with § 312c, para. 2 civil code in cohesion with § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 "BGB-InfoV" as well as our duties in accordance with § 312e para. 1.1 civil code in cohesion with § 3 "BGB-InfoV". For the preservation of the revocation period the punctual despatch of the revocation or the item suffices. The revocation is on to cause:

Revocation consequences
In the case of an effective revocation the services received on both sides have to be granted and our advantages (e. g. interest) have to be returned back. If you can not completely or partly or only in deteriorated condition grant back us the received service, you must do us equivalent compensation in this respect if necessary. This does not apply to the cession of things if the deterioration of the thing can be explained by the examination as it would have been possible for you e. g. in the retail shop. For a deterioration resulting by the designated use of the thing you must not pay any value compensation. Package dispatch capable things have to be returned on our risk. You have to bear the costs of the return, if the delivered items corresponds with the ordered items and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or, in case of a higher price of the item, if you have not provided the compensation or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of revocation. The return otherwise is cost-free for you. Not package dispatch capable items are collected from you. Obligations to the refund of payments must be met within 30 days. The period starts for you with the despatch of your revocation explanation or the item, for us with its reception.

Special notes
There is not the revocation right at far sales contracts

•for the delivery of goods which are made after customer specification or
•for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer.
